Year end, handled.

Year end should be a formality, not an event. When the bookkeeping has been right all year, your accounts are largely finished before we start. We prepare them, file them with Companies House and HMRC, and walk you through what they actually say about your business.

Talk to us
  • Statutory accounts prepared to the correct standard
  • Filed with Companies House and HMRC
  • Corporation tax return (CT600) prepared and submitted
  • Confirmation statement filed
  • A proper conversation about what the numbers mean
  • Tax liabilities confirmed with plenty of notice

This is for you if

  • You run a limited company
  • Your year end is approaching
  • Last year was a scramble and you never want that again
  • You want to understand your accounts, not just sign them

Sound familiar? It is included in the monthly plan — no separate quote needed.

Annual Accounts, explained.

When are they due?

Companies House filing is generally nine months after your year end; corporation tax is payable nine months and a day after. We work to internal deadlines well ahead of both.

Will I understand them?

That is the intention. We go through them with you in plain English. If something in there is worth acting on, we will say so.

What if I am late already?

Late filing penalties escalate, so bring it to us now rather than later. We will prioritise it.
