Nothing happens until you agree
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies, so we ask first.
If you have not answered the banner, or you said no, the analytics script is never loaded at all. Not loaded and told to behave itself: never loaded. No cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google.
What we would collect if you say yes
- Which pages you visited and in what order.
- Roughly where in the world you are, from a truncated IP address.
- Whether you arrived from a search, a link or typed the address in.
- What kind of device and browser you used.
That is aggregate reporting. We cannot tell who you are from it, and we do not try.
What we never do
- No advertising or remarketing cookies.
- No tracking you across other websites.
- No embedded content anywhere except the booking calendar, described below.
- No selling or sharing your data with anyone.
- No profiles built about individuals.
Changing your mind
Your choice is stored in your browser. Clear your site data for this website and the banner comes back, so you can answer it differently.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
The booking calendar
Our contact page embeds a booking calendar from Cal.com so you can pick a time without leaving the site. That is third-party content, and it may set its own cookies when it loads.
It is there because booking a call is the point of that page, so it loads with it rather than waiting for the banner. If you would rather not load it at all, use the contact form or email us instead, and nothing from Cal.com is requested.
Cal.com is a processor for the booking details you enter. What you tell us there is covered by our privacy policy.
Forms are not tracking
If you fill in the contact form, the quote builder or the newsletter signup, we receive what you typed. That is a deliberate action on your part rather than something collected in the background, and our privacy policy covers what happens to it.
The quote builder works out your price in your browser. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to submit it.
